As the visionary Founder and CEO of REIGN Nation, Alexis Ellison leads with passion, purpose, and a deep commitment to empowering young women. With over nine years of experience in education, she has taught and mentored students across all grade levels.

REIGN Nation was born during Alexis’s first year in the classroom, when she recognized a critical need for safe spaces that uplift, support, and guide young girls—especially those navigating challenging environments. What began as a small mentoring initiative has now grown into a transformative movement blending education, empowerment, and sisterhood.

She holds a B.A. in History from Paine College and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University. Through REIGN, Alexis continues to equip the next generation with the tools to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

Jasmine Thomas

Born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Jasmine Thomas is a dedicated educator with a passion for inspiring the next generation. The proud oldest of three siblings, she comes from a family of lifelong educators.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with a minor in Foreign Language/International Studies from UNC Charlotte, and a Master’s from Liberty University. With eight years of teaching experience, she believes that positive influence creates positive outcomes.

Through her work with REIGN Nation, Jasmine honors her family’s legacy by mentoring and empowering young minds with love, guidance, and purpose.

Jamara Chatman

Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Jamara Chatman discovered her passion for project and event planning while attending Paine College. She now channels that passion into creating impactful, empowering experiences for the young women of REIGN Nation.

As Lead Project Coordinator, Jamara plays a vital role in bringing REIGN’s vision to life—ensuring every event is both meaningful and memorable for the girls we serve.
