Carrots is a program designed specifically for elementary school girls in the 4th and 5th grades. Our primary focus is to introduce and help these young ladies understand who they are and who they aspire to become.

Through interactive activities and mentorship, we nurture their growth, self-awareness, and encourage positive values and goals.

Carrots provides a supportive environment where these girls can begin their journey of self-discovery and personal development.

RAIN (Relationships Amplify Ideals Naturally)

Target Grade Level: 6th to 8th grade middle school girls

RAIN is a program tailored for middle school girls, ranging from 6th to 8th grade. In this stage of their lives, girls are navigating the complexities of relationships, both with others and themselves.

RAIN focuses on helping them build meaningful relationships and define their identity within these interpersonal connections. Through mentorship, workshops, and discussions, we empower them to understand their potential, enhance their self-esteem, and navigate the crucial adolescent years with resilience and confidence .

SUN (Solutions Under Nuclear Rays)

Target Grade Level: High school girls

SUN is an advanced program designed for high school girls, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of this critical stage in their lives. As they transition into young adulthood, SUN focuses on helping them establish a strong sense of self, set ambitious goals, and develop the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of teenage and early adult years.

Through mentorship, workshops, and exposure to various resources, we guide these young ladies towards realizing their potential and becoming future leaders in their communities.
